Important

1. Fill in the Repair Order Form and take a print out of it to be enclosed along with the camcorder package.

2. Pack your camcorder safely. Do not include battery or charger unless you feel they are part of the problem. Wrap the camera in a plastic bag to prevent dust or debris from getting in the camera. Use a sturdy box. It should be large enough for packing material to completely surround the camera to prevent damage. Securely tape the box. Print the SHIPPING LABEL below and attach it to your package.

3.Use only boxes that are intended for shipping. No shoe boxes or original boxes that cameras were packaged in from stores. Boxes may be purchased from Post Office or other shipping or mailing facilities.

4. Ship your camcorder via U.S. Postal Service, United Parcel Service, or any other method that you decide. Please be sure to insure your package for the value of your camcorder. U.S. Priority Mail is most often the best value and most reliable for shipping.

5. Please fill in your address in the label given below, click the 'Preview the form' button and take a printout. Have it pasted on the box for shipping.
